Shoot Boxing 101 | MMA Seminar Series
This is the first in our MMA Seminar Series and will cover how to effectively combine striking with take down’s.
In this seminar you’ll discover;
– Take down’s off a punch
– Take down’s off a kick
– Countering common take downs
– Setting Up Strikes off take downs
and much, much more.
This seminar is open anyone with an interest in improving their Mixed Martial Arts skills.
While not essential, please bring Gloves, Shin Guards, Groin Guard, and Gum Shield to the session, as the majority of the drills will be partner based.
The seminar will take place on Saturday 27th September 2014 from 2.00pm until 4.00pm.
The cost is only £20.00 or £10.00 for Gold Card Members.
