30 Exercises You Can Do Anywhere

One of the most common excuses I hear from people why they can’t exercise is they don’t have the right equipment or can’t get to the gym.

In reality, the human body is the only piece of equipment you need to do a killer workout. This short video (1 min 34 sec) will show 30 Exercises You Can Do Anywhere at any time.

You may be thinking that’s great but how do I put those exercises together to get a great workout?

Here are three easy ways you can combine a some of these exercises to give you a total body workout that will leave you dripping with sweat and panting like a race horse.

 

Option 1: The AMRAP

Choose one upper body exercise (e.g. Push Up), one lower body exercise (e.g. squat), one core exercise (e.g. Sit Up), and one explosive exercise (e.g. Tuck Jump).

Perform the following curcuit as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) with in 20 minutes. Record your total number of rounds completed to monitor your progress.

  • 5 x Explosive Exercise
  • 5 x Upper Body Exercise
  • 10 x Core Exercise
  • 15 x Lower Body Exercise

 

Option 2: 100’s

Choose one upper body exercise (e.g. Push Up), one lower body exercise (e.g. squat), one core exercise (e.g. Sit Up).

Perform the 100 reps of each exercise before moving to the next exercise. Record your total time to complete all the exercises to monitor your progress.

  • 100 x Upper Body Exercise
  • 100 x Core Exercise
  • 100 x Lower Body Exercise

 

Option 3: The Ladder

Choose one upper body exercise (e.g. Push Up), one lower body exercise (e.g. squat), one core exercise (e.g. Sit Up), and one explosive exercise (e.g. Tuck Jump).

Perform 1 rep of each exercise then 2, 3, 4, … 9, 10. Start with a ladder up to ten and back down and increase as necessary.

Record your total time to complete the ladder to monitor your progress.

All of these workouts should take less then 30 min to complete but will give you an excellent total body work out.
