Mastering Martial Arts #3: Hard Training

To achieve your goals as quickly as possible you need to push yourself as hard as you can. This will expand you comfort zones and help you reach your full potential.

  1. Push yourself past your limits every session
  2. Never stop during the rounds
  3. Getting tired is normal, just keep going
  4. Improve 1% everyday
