I been teaching martial arts for over 15 years and I’m still blown away be the positive impact it can have on people, particularly children.

The benefits you gain from martial arts training don’t end when you leave the academy, they carry through your whole life.

Having taught for so long, I regularly bump into people that I taught when they were children. More often than not, they’re polite and well mannered and often remark at the positive effect martial arts training had on their lives.
