Focus Pad Holding Seminar | 21st April 2012

On Saturday 21st April 2012 from 1.30 – 3.00pm we are running a focus pad holding seminar. Holding focus pads is a art in itself, top focus pad holders get paid thousands of pounds, and fly all around the world to help fighters prepare for contests. Working with a good pad holder is the closest thing you can get without actually fighting.

How to build combinations

One of the best combinations for developing speed and accuracy

How to coach your partner to strike with better technique

The seminar is completely FREE providing you have your own focus pads. If you don’t own a pair of focus pads the seminar will cost £25.00, and you’ll receive a FREE pair of professional focus pads worth £30.00
