WEEK 1 – Basic Position and Taking the Back

Warm Up: Guard Passing Speed Drills
– Leg Drag

– Basic posture (knee positioning, arm positioning, posture)
– Re-establishing 1/2 guard from being flattened
– Taking the back
– Old Skool Sweep
– Plan B Sweep

WEEK 2 – Under Hook Sweep Series
