Week 1 – Basic Knees

• Wedge (Straight Knee)
• Evade (Flying Knee)
• Check (Round Knee)
Combinations
• Cross – Hook – Rear Knee
• Hook – Cross – Switch Knee
• Flying Knee – Round Kick

Week 2 – Clinch
Technique
• Establishing the clinch
• Skip Knees
• Curve Knees
Defence
• Covering Knees
• Shin across Stomach
• Chin lift & escape or re-pummel
Combinations
• PBN with clinch work

Week 3 – Flying Knees
Techniques
• Flying knees
Defence
• Evade
Combinations
• R. Flying Knee – L. Round Kick
• L. Flying Knee – R. Round Kick
• Front Kick – Flying Knee

Week 4 – Testing
All of the above.
